Like a lot of copywriters, I agonise, amongst other things, over hyphens. A bit like Oscar Wilde, who said, “I was working on the proof of one of my poems all the morning, and took out a comma. In the afternoon I put it back again”.

Of course, not many client budgets allow a full day’s work for such deliberation. But here’s a recent bit of editing, just to show that we do take care of every character of every line.
