Brand new 5* hotel Sun Street, which opened in November 2022 on the border of Shoreditch and the City of London, commissioned me to write a travelogue piece as part of my work creating copy for their website. There are worse ways to earn a living than spending a weekend at Sun Street Hotel, with a brief to persuade people to pay to do the same!
